Dear Customers,

In these exceptional times, I would like to personally explain the fundamental measures we are implementing in all our hotels to guarantee your safety.

French government took strong measures and extremely restrictive decisions concerning the places of reception of the public for the benefit of your health.

Safety and health of our customers and our team has always been and will remain our priority and it’s why we have decided to temporally suspend the reception of our customers from next Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until at least April 15, 2020.

Thus, despite all our efforts, we will not be able to welcome you during your next stay and we have to cancel your stay at our hotel. Whatever the condition of cancellation of your booking, we offer you the postponing of your visit or the cancellation and guaranteeing you the refund of the deposit if necessary.

I am convinced that, like us, you understand these precautionary measure.

We ask you, Dear customer to apologize for the inconvenience caused and all our team will be happy to welcome you soon in our hotel.

Sincerely yours.

Manager General
